Student's Week 2013

          Hi guys! It's been a long time since I last posted here on my blog. Grabe, nakakamiss din pala 'no? Ever since nung magbirthday ako, wala na. It's been a month after ng birthday ko at ngayon lang ulit ako nakapag-update. :)) Sorry for making you wait for my next post. Hectic lang talaga ang sched. namin. Alam niyo naman, Seniors na e. Andaming gawain sa school. Kulang na lang sa school na kami matulog! :)) (Kung pwede pang matulog.) Kidding aside, let's go to the main course of my latest post. As we all know, ang February ay dagsaan na ng problema sa QCA. Haha. Well, not exactly problema pero last month na kasi yan before the so-called finals. And yes, we were really bombarded with stress last week.

          Student's Week, as we call it happens every first or second week of the month of Feb. This is the time when we, students, alter our teachers to give them at least two days break from their passion. The organization who handles this is the Pabinhian. I was elected as the President of this group last June or July I think? :D Actually, I wasn't really expecting to be elected but my classmates insisted since most of them are part of the Local or Central Student Government. To cut things straight, I handled a group with 90 members for the first time in my HS life. I feel so happy and honored of course and I only want the best since it's my first time. Months passed and soon February came. Though I was really exhausted because I have to handle it with matching maintaining my academic grades, I didn't give up. I know that the people around me believes I can do it. They always say that, "This wouldn't be given to you if they know that you can't handle it." I believe in them but of course, I also know that I have my personal weaknesses and flaws. During those times, I felt that I wasn't supposed to be in that position because I can't prove  myself. I always felt that I don't deserve it but with the help of my friends, I made it through. This post is for the people who never left my side during my not-so-lovable days.

          First of all, I would like to thank God for giving me this opportunity to lead a group. I know that as a beginner I still have lots of things to learn but I am proud to say that somehow I made a greater advancement this year.

Second, I would like to thank Sir Alvin Llaneta for never giving up on me and the Pabinhian people. He's very supportive in every decision I made and without his guidance, I wouldn't be able to surpass this.

(L: Gladys; R: Me)
I would also like to thank our DepEd Secretary and my bhebhe, Gladys Socia for not letting me down. I always call her during inconvenient times and I know that sometimes she gets irritated because I always ask her what I should do. She's definitely one of the best! :)

This girl!! :) Yeaaah. Say hi to her precious smile. Hihi. I really like her smile in this picture. :D She's Ruth Marielle Sargento, my beloved Vice President. Next year, I'm looking forward to seeing her doing my duties. Haha. :) I knew her personally by means of this Student's Week. I also want to thank her for being there when we were observing & grading the student teachers. I know that she was tired because she spent 48 hours with me. Lol. XD Loveyou, godchild! ♥

Next, I would like to thank all of the supervisors who were really a big help to me. Actually, they were the cause of my stress. Kidding. ;)) So here they are;

Bernadette Flores (TLE Area)

Denise Rose Cuadro (English Area)

Diana Pauline Kiaco (Social Studies Area)

Christian Joseph Almirol (Math Area)

Veniece Kenia Aquines (Filipino Area)

Elaine Jane Villas (Science Area)

Katleen Nika Magsino (MAPEH Area)

          The next pictures will be so random. :)) Let's just say that we're so happy and sometimes we don't care how decent we look at the pictures. XD

I can't find the solo pictures of the Sophomores. Mehehe. :)) Anyways, thank you again guys for making my Senior life more memorable! :D This was such a great experience. :)
